The tower is composed of overlapping spaces with elliptical plan, each rotated by 90° as compared to the one underneath and with a different inclination according to the activities hosted inside: a cinema, an auditorium, a theater, a dance hall and a space for contemporary art exhibitions.
The connecting surfaces between the ellipses create a sculptural construction with vertical development, around which a spiral path rises connecting all the activities.
