The project integrates the building into the landscape, creating a space that is inspired by the movement of the nearby River Brenta water.
The cultural center is made up of a series of concentric circle sectors, progressively rotated on a horizontal axis to shape an undulation of the ground.
A series of large grassy steps create an outdoor meeting place and the access to the multipurpose hall.
